Summary
Amends the:
National Redress Scheme for Institutional Child Sexual Abuse Act 2018
to: amend existing processes and concepts relating to review of determinations, treatment of serious criminal convictions and applications by persons in gaol, and the disclosure of protected information; make technical amendments; and provide for the reassessment of determinations on certain finalised applications.
